Short-form video that gets watched to the end

A garden games room with a pool table and wall mounted screens

Four edited Reels or Shorts a month, up to sixty seconds each. Not a highlight reel chopped into pieces. Each one is cut for the platform it is going on, with audio you can actually hear.

What makes one work

It earns the first second

Most people decide in under a second. The opening frame has to be the most interesting thing in the whole clip, which usually means it is not the establishing shot.

It goes somewhere

Context, then detail, then the people, then the result. A sequence, not a pile of nice clips.

You can hear it

Wind noise on a site ruins more clips than bad framing. Mics go on the people talking, every time.

It fits the frame it is in

A landscape clip letterboxed into a vertical feed wastes half the screen. Shot and cut for where it is going.

It says something

Captions written as if someone is explaining the job, not as if a brand is announcing it.

It is one of several

A single video is an event. Four a month is a reason to follow.

From one visit

One session, a month of posts

A properly planned content session produces more than one edit: a hero film for the website, several short clips, stills for proposals and a progress update for the client. That is how a filming day becomes a marketing asset instead of a one-off expense.

About the edits

Four edited Reels or Shorts a month on either retainer, up to sixty seconds each. The Full Groundwork adds four static or carousel posts on top.

Yes. Every cut comes to you for approval before it goes anywhere, and changes are part of the package.

Publish-ready files on a shared link, in the aspect ratio for the platform they are going on.

Sometimes. If it was shot well enough it can be cut in. Phone footage of a finished job is usually better used as a reference for what to reshoot.

You do, for the use we agree. I keep the right to show the work in my own portfolio, which is what this site is made of.

Tell me what the project is, where it is and roughly when. I will tell you what I would shoot and what it would cost, before you commit to anything.
