Gym and leisure video
Nobody joins a gym because of a photograph of a treadmill. They join because the place looked like somewhere they would be comfortable. That is movement, space and people, which is exactly what a flight through the floor captures and a photo cannot.
What sells a gym on film
A flight through the floor
Reception to free weights to studio in one continuous shot, at the pace somebody would walk it.
The kit, in use
Equipment with people on it. An empty gym looks closed.
Classes and atmosphere
The thing most prospective members are actually nervous about, answered by showing it.
Members talking
Filmed on the floor, not in a studio.
Launches and challenges
A new piece of kit or an event, cut for the feed the same week.
Opening hours and quiet times
Short, useful posts that answer what people message you to ask.
Questions from this trade
-
Usually across a couple of quieter hours so the floor is usable but not empty. Classes are worth filming at their busiest.
-

-
Yes. Flown manually with prop guards, planned pass by pass, £5 million public liability cover.

Most content sessions are a few hours on site. I plan the flight paths and the shot list beforehand so the time on site is spent filming rather than working out what to film.

Monthly retainers are £950 and £1,450, both with a three month minimum. A standalone project film is £650. Everything is listed on the pricing page, including what is in each package.
